Sold by ARCA Video fulfilled by Amazon. Item received in timely fashion. HOWEVER, it had been previously opened and resealed. The outer shrink wrap was undamaged BUT the DVD case had a deep 1 inch cut in the back barcode area. The case edges were only sealed on one side (2 missing seals) and the disc has smudges on it --- it appears to have been opened, removed, replaced, and resealed.
