Wow, where to start. So, I ordered two 1200w greengo light fixtures, installed them in the garage over my growing station and set them on a timer, flawless victory! Then a few months later, the fans developed a weird noise, so I decided to contact Greengo through the amazon order page and within minutes had a reply, the exchange started out immediatly with their representative assuring me that they were going to stand behind the product and then asking what for more details about the issue which immediatly set the tone for what was a fantastic customer service experience! After conversing via email they asked if I could send them a video with sound so they could get a better idea of what might be happening, not a problem, I fired off a video of the lights and their response was nothing short of jaw dropping, Leese, the individual I was interacting with not only conveyed genuine concern for my problem but decided then and there that the soultion he was taking was to replace my entire order without wasting any more time, two brand new light fixtures arrived on my door step.So, that being said, all of my future grow lights will be coming from GreenGo, the customer service was second to none and knowing that products do sometimes fail, it's how the company handled my issue that has earned them a lifetime customer.As to the lights, the construction is very solid, the noise level from the fans on the new fixtures is fantastic, the quality of the line and tackle for hanging them is very sturdy and geared for easy height adjustment, there are 112 individual leds that cover the complete spectrum including IR and UV, the ability to daisy chain them together for power is very convenient and they have independent veg & bloom settings that can be ran separately or together, they generate low contact heat and are comfortable to the touch when running full spectrum but add enough heat to the room to keep the chill off during cooler evenings and not so much that I need additional fans to keep plants from being overheated.Overall I love these lights and have noticed a distinct change in the plants over other brands I have used, broader leaves and deeper colors have developed in many of my plants, this is more in line with the plants I have growing outside in natural sunlight than other lights have offered, others left the leaves thin and lacking the pop of color that is tale tale of a healthy growing plant.So to sum it up, the product is great, the light will do exactly what they are designed to, but the customer service has set this company strides ahead simply because they care about their customers and stand firmly behind their products!Thank you Leese and GreenGo I cannot applaud your customer service and products enough.Headlight for over 2 months been a great light so far then it started flickering a little bit would love to just replace the light for another oneI have 2 of these lights and 4 cheaper ones. These are my newest buy and after 1 year the blue lights completely stopped working on BOTH lights and only the red now work.... All 4 cheaper lights that I bought before these 2 work great still and are going on over 2 years!!
