The sound on this recording is awful, but Art's playing is excellent! In 1975, early in his addiction recovery mode, and before signing with Contemporary Records, Art took advantage of the opportunity to play in the Foothill College gym in Los Altos, CA, and was recorded informally. Proper mike placement was impossible, but most of Art's playing comes through. Notes are by Art's wife Laurie.
