This is a decent decorating accent to your home.Relatively sturdy. Nice quality.You will need to spend anywhere between 90 minutes to 2 hours or more to assemble this. It's a bit complicated, even though I am highly mechanically inclined.I'm happy with the purchase, and the price.Love the way it looks in my living roomIt make a statement in our sunroom.The instructions in the manual are wrong but this was an easy assemble to figure out. I ordered black but some parts of the shelves do show up as dark brown. This also came in with holes that I had to push out and already scratched pieces. The furniture marker I had did the trick but they do make a great addition to my new place. 4/10 recommend.I had been looking at others similar to this one for awhile and decided to purchase this one because it had the rectangular base that added height and stability to the units. Each unit took me about 30 to 45 minutes to put together once all parts were out of the box and laid out for assembly (which each half was individually packaged, so pulling keeping the halves separated was super easy). Instructions were easy to follow; only thing is the parts don't have any type of label on them but are labeled in the instructions, so it took a little attention to detail to figure out which piece was which. I also love that the units are lightweight and easy to move, but are sturdy. There's only about 7.5" between most shelves and the shelves are just under 8" wide. Some suggestions for assembly are to attach the bars between the arcs first to make attaching the arcs to the base easier and to not tighten screws all the way until everything is attached. Tightening the screws all the way as it's built makes it harder to attach the next piece; I put everything together first and then tightened and the second unit took me about 30 minutes to assemble by myself. Also, everything needed is included, no addition tools required. Parts are sturdy and once together these units are solid. Absolutely love them!I like the versatility of putting the 2 separate pieces any way I want. I get many compliments on it! It’s the smaller version which is perfect for my small house!
