I bought this on a whim. First let me say it’s a beautiful item with a very nice finish. It does mark easily but it’s also easy to clean off. More importantly, the manufacturer was AMAZING. I called because it the unit has holes for rubber feet, but non were supplied. I called the number on the Amazon site and got a real person within 30 seconds. They were clear and upfront about what they knew and didn’t know about the product. More importantly, they called me back as promised within a couple of hours. Great product with fantastic support. Update: they had told me during the first call that their manager was off for vacation and they’d speak to them upon their return- I did not think they would call. They did!!! And they left a pleasant, kind voicemail explaining all the steps they took and what they would do in the future. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their support and service. I have a catalog of their products and will be buying more from them. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Although it turns out rubber feet are not part of it (a little bummed but no biggie) they did say they’d speak with the manufacturer to find out why the holes are there.
